According to IESB, David Murray has just been replaced as Destro in the upcoming "G.I. Joe" film.  Murray was unable to obtain a work VISA in order to start filming the movie this Wednesday, February 13th.  Instead, the producers at Paramount Pictures have recast the role with Christoper Eccleston.  Eccleston is bestknown for his role as the Ninth Doctor in the new Doctor Who series, as well as his role as Claude on Heroes.  While Murray would probably have given god Destro, Eccleston has drawing power for many genre fans, and may be the extra bit of star power this project needed after all.
