View all articles by Jaime KawamotoIt started with the almost adorable rivalry between Millie and Gigi over Mouth. That can’t compare with the Lucas-Peyton-Julian drama that’s about to explode.
Gigi’s flirting is over the top but she’s so darn cute it seems harmless. She’s alluded to trysts with other college girls and was checking out Millie. Maybe all the stuff with Mouth is just a game and its Millie she’ll be into. Remember what Gigi was like in high school: never took no for an answer. This could be a wild ride.
As for Peyton’s ex, Julian, we know right away he’s a scumbag. He’s paying Lucas an enormous amount of money for a chance to be close to Peyton. She froze the moment she laid eyes on him. It adds up to a relationship gone bad. With Peyton, things usually get monumentally messed up so I can’t wait to find out what happened. Finally, we’ll get the dirt on Peyton. We haven’t found out much about what she did in
Brooke may also be into her ex, Owen.
Nathan and Haley have had enough relationship drama for the last year. They are in a great place to weather the career storms about to hit. There’s a USO show coming up and who wants to bet Haley will perform to great acclaim? And Nathan’s Slamball days will be numbered once the NBA guys see he’s healthy again. That is, if he stays healthy long enough to get scouted. How can a singer and a basketball player raise their son? If anyone can figure it out, it’s Nathan and Haley.
Curiously absent for the last two weeks are Deb and Skills. Hopefully, they haven’t been put on the backburner too long. We haven’t seen that awkward double date with Nathan and Haley yet. Besides, Deb and Skills are the most exciting new couple around.
Throw Dan into the mix and we’ve one more love triangle. One Tree Hill can never have too many of those!
